Return & Refund Policy

Refunds Qfree does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy by a service carried out by The Qfree, the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we established the claim is reality based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 48hrs.

Cancellations  New clients and “one off clean” clients, will be asked to pay 50% of the quoted fee for the first service when booking, the remaining balance will become payable straight after the service is carried out.

One-off Bookings can be cancelled up to 72hrs before the scheduled clean. After this point 50% of the total fee will be charged.
